Student Enrollment Agreement & Policies

For the Applicant:

• You understand and agree to adhere to the State of Georgia’s DOT requirements that mandate passing a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check for admission into our training program. These services will be an out-of-pocket expense for the student. with the exception of WIOA and other sponsored students.
• Please note that students who fail their drug screen will be reported to the Georgia Dept. of Driver Services. You must complete a SAP (substance abuse program) before attending CDL training again.
• You understand and agree that all fees, additional services and/or requirements to determine eligibility for Atlanta CDL Training School are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
• You understand and agree that Tuition is payable in FULL prior to your first day of class unless you fall into one of the following categories:
  1. Company Sponsored student
  2. WIOA grant student
  3. On a payment program
• You understand and agree that registration fees are NONREFUNDABLE. The student also understands that if a separate party is financing his/her education, the student is directly responsible for all payments and monies owed to the school.
